Is your store open on Saturdays & Sundays?
Yes, The Uniform Shop @ Kids Place is open on Saturdays & Sundays.

Hours of Operation:
Mondays- Saturdays: 9:30 A.M.-7:00 P.M.
Sundays: 11:00 A.M. 6:00 P.M.

Are you open on Holidays?
Yes, Kids Place is open on Holidays.

Do you carry school uniforms all year round?
Yes, we do carry uniforms all year round.

Do you have Lay-a-way?
Yes, we do provide lay-a-way to our customers all year round at our store location.

What forms of payment are accepted?
All major credit/debit cards are accepted for online purchases. Cash and credit/debit cards are accepted for in store purchases.

What is my billing address?
We require your billing address for all credit cards. This is the address at which you receive your credit card bill each month. You may choose to ship your order to a different address other than your billing address; however this may result in longer order processing time because of verification procedures.

When do you bill my credit card?
Your credit card is charged after the order has been cleared by our credit and fraud department as well as being checked for order accuracy.

Is your website secure, will my personal and credit card information be safe?
The Uniform Shop @ Kids place assures that all information that is entered is encrypted and cannot be accessed by any outsider. All transactions are 100% secure. You can be fully assured that none of the provided information will be sold or imparted for trade or sale

Do you give refunds and exchanges?
Yes, we give refunds & exchanges.

What is your online refund and exchange policy?
At The Uniform Shop @ Kids Place we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your order, make sure that your order is accurate. If for some reason, you need to return or exchange an item, please fill out our online return/exchange form. Send it back within 21 days of the invoice date along with the item being returned or exchanged. Upon return and receipt of item, we will exchange, refund, or credit the item. All items must have tags attached, unworn, and unwashed with a copy of the invoice and return/exchange form. All return/exchange shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

What is your store refund and exchange policy?
You will have 7 days for returns and 21 days to get an exchange after your day of purchase.

Can I return or exchange items purchased online at any of your store locations?
Yes, with order confirmation receipt (e-mailed to you) and the order packing slip that accompanied the clothing. ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED.

How do I place an order?
Order ON-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or call us toll free 1-888-981-SHOP (7467) Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm est.

Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States.

How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping and handling are based on the service requested, area, and quantities purchased.

How do I use a promotional code or coupon?
Coupons are valid in store purchases ONLY unless otherwise indicated.

Are there any other charges than what I see?
There are no additional charges. The price you see is what you pay. The only charges that apply to your purchase are the product purchase price, any embroidery (if ordered), and shipping and handling charges. Sales tax is applied to all accessories and non-clothing items.

How do I add a school logo?
If your school has an agreement with us to provide embroidery services, when purchasing an item, select the logo option and type in your school name when asked to during check out. Please make sure to spell the school name correctly so that we can provide you with the correct embroidery.

Why is there an additional charge for school embroidery?
Our items are sold independently without embroidery. Not all schools require items with embroidery and it is an option that your school may entail. Therefore, embroidery is subjected to an additional charge.

How long does it take to process an order?
Time will vary from order to order depending on several criteria. This is the time it takes us to process and verify customer billing and shipping address, to validate, verify, and secure credit card payment, transmit order to warehouse for packing and shipping. It is the total calculation of time it takes to process all these events from when we first receive an order until it actually leaves our warehouse for delivery that is identify as Order Processing time. On average, orders will be processed within 2 business days of receipt. It depends on size of order, shipping address, and credit card validation.

How long does my order take if I purchase an item with a school logo?
If your item is in stock your shipment should not take longer than the estimated time based on your selection of shipping. If an item is out of stock and needs to be embroidered, your order may take as long as 7-14 business days and a customer service representative will contact you for an update on your order status. Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipping.

How can I track my order?
You can track the status of your order at anytime online by clicking on the "My Account" link located in the top menu bar. Simply enter in your email and password. Please note shipping information is not available until the item has left the manufacturer and we are provided with tracking information. This tracking information can also be entered in the corresponding delivery service used (also provided to you).

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Uniform Shop @ Kids Place reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
